Ramesh's dedication to supporting and guiding Tamil people worldwide is commendable. He actively assists individuals in their job search, protecting them from fraudulent activities such as fake visas and unauthorized appointment letters. Ramesh also provides valuable assistance regarding job-related issues, visa procedures, required documents, education, local travel, and country-specific rules and regulations.

Devoted to community service, Ramesh founded the UAE Tamil Sangam in 2007, aimed at supporting and entertaining the Tamil community in the United Arab Emirates. In 2019, he established the Ulagha Thamizhargalin Sangamam in Chennai, providing guidance to Tamil people leaving and residing abroad. Ramesh's impactful social services in the UAE encompass a wide range of initiatives. He has helped over 14,500 individuals secure job placements, supported the UAE government during the introduction of Emirates ID, organized numerous blood camps and awareness programmes, and provided assistance to over 4,000 Tamil people and 1,200 Indians during the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, Ramesh actively supports organisations such as the Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities and visually challenged schools in Tamil Nadu. He also contributes to various orphanages and old age homes, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
